Image ownership & licence

You may only upload images that you own or are otherwise authorised to provide. By uploading, you confirm that you have all rights necessary to submit the images, and you grant AgDrone / LyonAg Drone Solutions a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to store, copy, modify, analyse, and use the images (and any tags or metadata you supply) to develop, train, test, and improve AgDrone AI models and related insect, pest, and crop-condition detection methods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claim to ownership of, or compensation for, models, datasets, or detection methods derived from your uploads, and you agree that no residual image-holder rights will restrict that permitted research and product use. Do not upload images of people, confidential third-party material, or content you are not entitled to share.
